The Fanactical Fanactivist will be a monthly, rather slim bulletin regarding the doings of the Fanzine Fanac Awards Society which I just created. The first issue contains a FAQ re said awards, and asks the question: Is 'The Graeme' the new Claude Degler?" The second issue shows the proposed award.
